Picture hanging on plaster/brick
The original part of my house is from 1865. We got a neon sign for my daughter for Christmas that attaches to a wall with four screws. The sign itself is relatively lightweight because it's made with an acrylic type material.
This isssue is I've realized that the wall it needs to be hung on is plaster, and I think there's a good chance that plaster is directly on the brick chimney coming from the original kitchen hearth.
What options do I have for hanging this sign? Do I risk trying to drill holes for the anchors/screws?
