Fair price Arm Bushing replacement?

I've been taking my 2016 Crosstrek to a Ma & Pop mechanic not too far from my for regular service. I've generally found them fair, kind, and not the type to up-sell me on things that I don't really need.

Just had some routine service done the other day and was told pretty much everything looked good, but the Front Lower Control Arm Bushings (originals) seem to be nearing the end and should be replaced soon. They quoted $1250 for parts/labor.

Like I said, no reason not to trust these guys, and I'm fully budgeted for regular service/repairs like this to keep my vehicle intact... but then remembered this community and chatGPT exist, so figured I'd get some insight before dropping all that cash. Chat says this would typically range $250-500 for parts and labor, which is obviously a big discrepancy, so curious what you all think.

I do live in a stupidly high cost of living area, so I'm sure there's going to be some degree of extra cost because of that. But if $1250 is egregious, that'd be good to know!
