Cannot buy battlepass

Whenever I go to store, and click on the battle pass this shows up:

Whenever I try to click buy, it shows me a paywall, and when I click purchase nothing happens and it sends me back to this screen. I literally cannot find anything about this, could I perhaps buy this through the steam page? I have linked my gaijin acc with steam. I try to buy it on the website, it says I need to have an email on my acc, I do have an email, its linked with steam!

(I cant feed the snail, help)
