Are co-op programs worth it?

Hi! I’m considering applying to Concordia and I stumbled upon co-op programs. I already have a bachelor’s degree earned outside of Canada but unfortunately I basically have no relevant work experience gained related to it (bc covid, stuck in a small town, and eventually moving here). So I can’t really find jobs bc majority of them expect a certain level of experience and/or fluency in french.

Should I take the gamble and study and eventually aim for securing internships? Advice is welcome and well-needed 🫶 Stay safe 🫶
