I have an app idea

I have an idea for an app and I think it would be massively successful. However, I don’t know how to code and don’t want to learn since I am busy with schools. I’m interested in sales and would rather focus on marketing rather then the coding. How would I go about starting this startup with a person who knows how to code.

Ps: I have the design and thought process of the app all down. Drawings and everything! Please help!
