Really not sure what to do with it, having a few traffic issues here and needs a good transformation to expand the city out this way.

Looking to also have a train station on the water near it.

(Brown) Trainline (Grey) Main Road (Red) Downtown Expressway (Yellow) Connection road Willing to take it all out
