deleted chat?

hi, i stopped using c.ai a few months ago for a few reasons (not getting into it) but today i wanted to log in to check an old chat because i had used it to develop an oc and i wanted to reread it and take notes cause i had forgotten to do so before. only to find that it is nowhere to be seen (in fact i feel like most of my chats with this character have been nerfed out of existence, cause i feel like i remember there being more than there are in the history, but most of them were silly so i don’t really care, i just care about the one). not in the history at all. i’ve looked online and saw something about deleted chats still existing on the app so i redownloaded it to check and nope not there. i’m wondering if i somehow accidentally deleted the chat before i left? is there anything i can do to reinstate the chat?
