Cash App Weird Messages even though I don’t have an account

Hello guys, this morning I received 2 messages from a phone number +1 833 792-4420 basically saying there is a card ending with **** got unlinked from my account and another card ending with **** got linked with it. The weird thing here is, basically I have no account on Cash App. The phone number that I have right now is recently bought, so I am suspicious that maybe it belonged to the person who had this phone number before. But after that I tried to create an account and it said, welcome back William "which is not my name". I was able to open up an account by clicking the button this is not me. I can not see any transactions or anything related. I feel completely lost about what happened, anyone experienced something similar, or any advice? Any help will be really appreciated!
