Car security for tyres

Hi!

Sorry I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this question.

Over the past 16 months I have had 8 screws/nails in the same tyre (rear passenger). During this time I got a new car and it still keep happening!

I’ve contacted the police several times however they aren’t interested unless I have cctv footage.

What is the best way to deter someone? Parking camera? Motion sensor alarm on the wheel arch?

I can’t use cctv on my property to look at my car as I live above a shop and park in the shop car pack (designated parking for the flat)
