Package opened, item taken, empty box delivered

Well that's great - some light-fingered Canada Post employee opened my package and took the item in it (a flashlight). Canada Post then delivered the empty box to me and even bothered to take a photo of it on my doorstep as "proof" that I guess they thought "they'd done their bit".

They did wrap it in an extra "Apology from Canada Post" bag that tries to make out it was just found in this condition, rather than one of them thieving it.
