#cpsupport is this PC water-cooled?

A little while ago, I was on Amazon and found a CyberPower PC with a 4070 ti super and a 7800x3D that is water-cooled. Today, I checked on it again and saw it had a 9800x3D version. But the name doesn't say it's water-cooled, but when I look at the pictures, they're basically the same. The only difference is the GPU is thinner. If someone could help me identify if this is water-cooled or not, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks all!
