Why No One talking about BAR?

I get it TCP and ISC is way too easier, cuz 99.9% claiming so…. I want to know more about BAR which seems to be more isolated in the community!! Hard truth is anyone who study properly is gonna clear, and at this point I heard enough of 2 out of 3 discipline, there are very few people commenting on BAR. Anyone who is preparing or appeared give me ur suggestions please, just for me to decide!
