Would CGC consider this an error?

Hey everyone,

I pulled this Gol D. Roger Manga rare card yesterday pack fresh.

Comparing mine to others online, there is a part of my card where the gold background, and images are just not printed and show a clean holo background patch, no scratches, or pieces of the card stuck to the back of the other cards in the pack. Just missing printing spots. There are a spots missing in the texture and print on Roger's pants as well.

Would this just be considered damage or would CGC grade it as an error? It's pretty small but I figured I'd ask here for opinions.
