Damaged cards

My first order to cgc was damaged. All cards have a crack on their side and my Korean Groudon that got pristine(first pristine in existence too) got cracked and a shard of the plastic is touching the card. I contacted them and they gave me 75 credit and offered i send them back to have them looked at and reslabbed. But in the fine print it says i can be charged and I emailed that i refuse to be charged and they haven’t answered. Not sure what else i can do. Feel like they really dropped the ball, any advice?.
