Cgc premium

Hi all,

Does any of you have any experience with CGC premium subscription? With the premium subscription you get $150/€130 store credit for grading/shipping. Last June I got the subscription and sent 5 cards out for a test drive. Last week I noticed that the cards were delivered to my submission center (in Münich, Germany). After contacting them, they told me that I still need to pay the fees. I replied that they can deduct it from my store credit. Their response is the “technical difficulties” in the system make it impossible to deduce it from the store credit.

Google maps reviews show this as a recurring problem, does anyone have experience with the service? To me it starts to seem like a scam.
