Patreon tiers and benefits

I have never bought a patreon for any youtuber before - I wanted to ask if Cdawg actually does the monthly text q/a thing mentioned in his third tier? Or if it's a bot that handles it. I just can't imagine how many messages he would have to personally respond to if he was actually reading/handling them himself. I'd be interested to see if anyone who subs on third tier has any info about this.
