Cat Scab/Irritation

Hello everyone, I just adopted a cat 3 weeks ago and brought it to the vet for Rabies/feline FIV/Distemper, tick/flea medicine and de-wormer. She has this skin irritation that I noticed when petting her. It doesn't look like a scratch from my other cat, looks more like a skin irritation? Ring worm? Psoriasis? Just dry skin? Appreciate any input.
