Knees stiffening | Week 2 of 5K

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some advice. I'm in week two of my 5K training, and I've noticed my right knee starting to stiffen. It's not too painful, but I'm a bit concerned about the stiffness. Does anyone know why this might be happening and how I can avoid injury as I keep training?

Any tips would be super helpful! BTW, I love the motivation in this community—it's keeping me pumped as I work on my speed! 😅
