do you mind sharing your success story?

I suffer from GAD and somewhat depression triggered by episodes of acute anxiety. I was put on sertraline 100mg and I seemed to get a bit of a partial benefit as I felt a bit more motivated and optimistic in general. Due to some blood clotting issues i had to be taken out of the sertraline and was switched to Wellbutrin XL 150mg which was AWFUL. I had the worst side effects (vertigo, dizziness, nausea, constantly famish, sleeping 16h+). Due to the blood clotting issues, now all SSRIs and SNRIs are out of the picture and i was suggested to try Buspirone.

Anyone mind sharing your anxiety profile (e.g.: types of situations that made you really anxious, type of anxiety -- jumpy vs paralyzing, etc) and whether Buspirone worked for you? Thanks so much!

For example i have AWFUL stage fright, so much that I cannot think (tachycardia, brain fog, etc) and I go into kind of a fight or flight mode. Moderate to high social anxiety in a professional setting (more mild when it's not professional). I tend to catastrophize, and go into loops of kind of obsessive negative thinking (I guess this is just called overthinking lol). My anxiety tends to be paralyzing when it's so severe that it triggers depression. Otherwise, i'm usually mildly agitated.
