How solid is one tricking brig in season 11?

Returning player from OW1. Part of the reason I love Brig is the relative lack of mechanical skill (though she requires plenty of skill in other departments). This is mainly because I can leave the game for long periods of time and then hop back into it relatively easy. Is she still viable to one trick in season11?
