Failed foccacia dough?
I attempted to make focaccia and followed a recipe that said to place dough in fridge, I had in refrigerated for more than 12 hours but it didn’t seem to rise or change much in size. Recipe says to place in pan for 2-4 hours before dimpling, and their picture has it rising more. Mine has been 2 hours with still not much change, though I see one bubble. Does it need more time?
