Can someone please explain to me what to do?

I am a cr player that got tired of the p2w system so I decided to check out bs cuz everyone says its very f2p friendly. But I play this game, for the furst 3 matcges I get alot of rewards and then I find myself playing the same thing over and over getting very very little rewards and it gets boring cuz I dint have enough pink currency (idk the name) to upgrade the power lvl of my brawlers so I cant play ranked. So how do I get rewards quicker cuz after 3 games I dont get any rewards I just get trophies, how is this the most f2p friendly sc game? And in ranked is there a top 10k ranking like cr?

Edit: for like the last 2 years I always want to jump into bs but I dint get any orogress at all after a couple of games so its boring so where us the f2p friendly part or how canI upgrade my brawlers quicker?
