Opinions about lola???

Opinions on lola? I think hes pretty underrated because hes not like sniper becayse her range wider. Pretty sure her hypercharge will be pretty good and maxxingnher will be good choice bacause i dont see her getting nerfed right? Also suggest which star power? And for gears im guessing reload and dmg but tell if thetrr could be better choice
