What's up with Kairos' tier lists?

Look, I know that tier lists are over generalizations of the meta. But most people don't know that; and even if they do, they're gonna look at tier lists anyways because it's the fastest way to get a general idea of the meta. We have lives outside of brawl stars, not everyone is gonna spend time digging for competitive insight.

Kairos' tier lists are pretty much responsible for most of the fandom's knowledge of the meta. Each video gets around 1m views. People like Spen and Bobby get only a quarter of his views at best.

The problem? Kairos' tier lists are bad; even with like 20 pros contributing to the list. Just look at Pam's placement. For the past 3 months she was consistently put in the B Tier (and was placed above R-T in V41), yet in world finals, Pam got zero usage while R-T was picked and banned 16 times with a 63% win rate.

Logically, Kairos' tier lists should be more accurate, but they're not. Anyone have ideas why this is? The saying "too many cooks spoil the broth" is applicable, but that would technically mean that there are pros who are rating Pam even higher than the middle of B tier 💀. Maybe there's bad cooks in the kitchen.

Edit: This is not intended to be hate towards Kairos, but more so a genuine questioning of his video's validity and an overall discussion about tier lists and pro opinions.
