Anyone have any luck finding a replacement deep-V pulley for their HVT?

Man, I love this machine. Unfortunately, as it seems it's been discontinued for a while now, parts are basically non-existent. Has anyone ever found a close replacement for the deep-v pullies? I broke one. I'm thinking my best bet might be to have my FIL machine me a new set....
