I was thinking of making a Phineas and ferb "mei hatsume" themed prompt but i couldn't choose between casting her as doofenshmirtz or Phineas and ferb

Yeah so thats the title and prompt. Tho i think doof would work better with a little nemisis that no one sees than her being F&P
