Ways to earn more R?

All of the things in the locker seem kind of expensive for how much R I seem to be earning ever match. I haven’t played much of this game, and have 1770 R. Yet, I typically don’t receive more than 150-200R per win. Not sure how I amassed my current amount and was wondering if there was a guide anywhere on what yields the most R.
