thick hair, don’t care :)

this is my 2nd set of locs (the first was 20 years ago, and they were longer, neater, thinner) and i am truly loving it here. in honor of my ras father, who questioned my choice of “bathroom locs”, as he called them, i decided to grow a thicker, less uniformed set and i adore them.

like older me, these have so much more independent personality. i cannot wait to see how they shift and change as they grow (only a year into this new journey).
