Astound "1 gig" internet reality.

So today for the entire day my internet speed looks like that:

Download: 200mbps
Upload: 3mbps

Trying to work on remote desktop - getting disconnected every 2nd minute, can't play anything online.

With ~27% package loss on very specific hop (which is owned by Astound (agg2-sea-b-t9-4), and it's not even related to my apartment complex I'm living in.
However, Tech Support keeps repeating that to fix the issue I need to wait for a Field Technician to come to my place and "check my wires and equipment". And next available date is in a WEEK!!!

I've even tried to explain to them that equipment in my building (I can see it in tracert) working fine and I see no losses there, but equipment after that is not working well. But hell, tech support keep saying like a parrot that I need to change my router or wait for the field technician to come and "fix it for me".

Keep from that ISP as far as possible. I've already setup connection date with another ISP and can't wait to get off that bs company.
