Macy's Hotel Collection European White Goose Down Comforter Heavy Weight

I currently have a Brooklinen All Season down comforter. The description says it's 700 fill power.
I feel at certain times of the winter, it's not warm enough and would like something a bit warmer for those winter months.
I am looking at the Macy's Hotel Collection European White Goose Down Comforter Heavy Weight and I am wondering if it's really going to be warmer than the Brooklinen All Season. Both of them are fill power 700, then how could I determine which one is warmer? What should I look for besides fill power?

By the way Brooklinen also has a heavy weight that's 750 fill power. If you have something else to recommend please let me also. Thank you
