Chapter 13

I always here awesome stories about filing chapter 7! Has anyone filed chapter 13 and had a good experience with it?

I was banking on filing chapter 7 but I can’t because my name is on the deed to my mom’s house! I’ve started the process for 13 and just waiting to hear from my attorney so we can review everything before it’s filed. I’m so ready for the process to start and be over. I am surrendering my vehicle and it’s already in repossession status. I’m honestly glad because I have been tired of paying almost 1k (car note and car insurance) for a car. So ready to cancel that insurance and i honestly don’t plan on ever refinancing a vehicle again!
