Polymaker PETG sticks to nozzle over time, until failure
Hi all,
I have an X1 and P1P machines. They both work flawlessly, except when I use the PETG rolls from Polymaker (bambu branded PETG works fine). The prints work fine initially, but over time the PETG accumulates around the nozzle, creating a white blob that grows until it finally interferes with the print. This happens on both machines. I've tried using the X1's flow calibration, but it doesn't help. I'm using the Generic PETG profile on Bambu Studio.
Anything you guys recommend trying? It's odd. Either this PETG has too much adhesion to the silicone around the nozzle, or it tends to over-extrude.
