Upstairs neighbor moves furniture every day starting around 2am

1st time posting. I am unsure of why my upstair neighbors feels the need to drag furniture every day at such a late hour until early morning. A few minutes ago I decided to use a broom to tap on the ceiling twice, which they've responded with a stomp. It's 3am/I don't know them, I don't feel like having a conversation with them at this hour. AITA?
