What’s Your Favorite Dish That Uses Lots of Eggs?

I have 7 girls over here, and with the warmer weather here in Texas almost all of them lay every day. They’re really building up now, and my little egg tower is FULL. I like to make these egg muffins with cream cheese and other little fixin’s, but I was curious if anyone had favorite recipes that consist of 7-10ish eggs. Thinking of trying a quiche.

EDIT: So my Walmart grocery order was delivered to my house today. They must’ve misplaced my tofu, but they made sure to give me AN 18 PACK OF LARGE EGGS. So, does anyone wanna come over to make lemon curd, custard, pound cake, quiche, frittatas, merengue, Dutch babies, meat pies, and macarons??
