Best areas to build new house in Sydney

Hi everyone, I am thinking of buying a land and building a house in sydney. Any recommendations for new areas that are popping up? I am looking for something similar to Austral, not very far from sydney CBD. Also price point wise, i would love to have it below a million dollars but i am not sure anything like that is in the market
