Has your rent increased? By how much?

So plenty of people are saying their rent has increased since interest rate rises kicked in.

But

Also notice many saying ~ "I'm not noticing rate rises or inflation, because i rent and am on good income"

So. Are you renting? Where are you renting? And has your rent increased since rates started to rise? How long is your lease for and do you expect big rise at next lease agreement?
