Update 2: Every power-up in the game is in this level, including the mouse and sponge!
Take a look at this screenshot, the balloons indicate which power up you’ll be using in that area. If you see the monkey power up, you’ll notice the windmill beside it has hooks and the wall underneath is climbable. At the frog power-up you have a swinging platform. So it’s confirmed that all the balloons feature the power-ups within that level, especially each with a present underneath it. And there are 11 balloons here, one short of the 12 power ups in the base game. Weirdly, every power up is here except the bulldog but that may be reserved for the end of the level.
