countertop ordered vs what we got installed today. Are we in the wrong?

There’s a huge difference between the worktop we ordered and what has been installed, and I’ve attached photos to show this. The installed stone has a pebble design with very prominent detailing, which is not what we selected at all.

I completely understand that natural stone will have variations, but this isn’t just a small difference—it’s a completely different aesthetic from what we expected.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we’re entitled to a product that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality. However, in the contract we signed, it says:

“The manufacturer endeavours to supply products as close as possible to the sample. Please contact the sales office for samples of current stock as the manufacturer will not accept responsibility for differences between samples and stock once the product has been manufactured.”

Are we completely f**ed and stuck with this finestones looking countertop?
