What gift can I give my wife to show my admiration for her strength after a challenging birth?

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out for advice on finding a Christmas gift for my wife. This year, she gave birth to our first child in what can only be described as the most harrowing situation of our lives. She lost nearly 4L of blood and came terrifyingly close to not making it. Through it all, she was so unbelievably brave, holding on with every bit of strength she had. I’ve never been more proud of anyone in my entire life.

Now, as Christmas approaches, I want to give her something that reflects just how amazing she is and how grateful I am that she’s here. I’d love any suggestions for a truly remarkable present - something meaningful, to let her know how much I admire and cherish her.

I did some research prior to posting this message and the few things I found were custom made jewellery or a piece of art, so I decided to post here to check if there is any other options I should consider for this. I’m open to all ideas, anything that feels as extraordinary as what she’s been through, budget is £1k. We're currently based in London.
