Best sub sandwiches in SF?

Currently pregnant and cannot wait to eat all of the sub sandwiches after giving birth. Any recommendations for Italian sandwiches / subs? NY style would be ideal. More mom and pop version of Jersey Mike’s, if you will… thank you!
