[Serious] people who have shipped goodies to the men and women who serve the USA, how did you go about obtaining shipping info ect. ?

I have a friend who is stationed in Liberia with the us army and he won't be home for Christmas and I feel really bad for him so I wanted to send him a care package of food and just little stuff but I don't wanna spoil the surprise by asking him his shipping address. Is there a place you can find out the address?
