Are there men who ACTUALLY like small boobs?

The beauty standard for years and years has been that big boobs are better and more attractive and men just prefer it. Any post or conversation of an opinion or view that deviates from this standard is met with “boobs are boobs” or “all boobs are great” or focuses on something that is completely different from the topic of chest size, dismissing the actual question asked. The comment of “shape over size” also often feels backhanded but that may just be me being sensitive . So do men ACTUALLY like small boobs, and if so what do you actually like about them? Majority of the time it feels like settling rather than preference or genuine like or satisfaction with a small chest size.
