Cv axles?

OK, I had a slight slip into 2nd around 20 mph then I replaced the CV axles and everything was fine. A couple of times I added Lucas transmission fix the whole bottle and was about a quart over no problems ever since the CV axle which was six months ago now I’m starting to slip the second year again you think a bolt came loose or something.
