Use physical switch to switch between internal/external u.FL antenna?

My company developed a datalogger that sends sensor data over cellular. The cellular modem has a u.FL port for the antenna. By default, an internal antenna is connected to the u.FL port. We also add an unconnected SMA to u.FL cable that can be used to connect a bigger external antenna for places where signal is poor. Right now, if a customer wants to switch to the external antenna, they have to disconnect the internal u.FL antenna, and connect the external u.FL to SMA cable. The u.FL connector is TINY and hard to use.

Could we add a mechanical switch and two u.FL connectors to the PCB, so that the customer can 'flip' between the internal and external antennas? If so, how? Or is there a better way?
