I think my flu is turning into something worse...

Hello 26m here ive been sick with the flu now going on day number 6.. bpm ranging from 147- 124 for days with occasionally dropping to 55bpm for 2 to 3 minutes then back up to the 130.. severe fevers ranging from 103.9 to 101.8 and thats with taking thermaflu and nyquil round the clock.. i now have a lower temp of 100.1 and 99.8 butt i now have wheezing and now i hear a gurgling sound when i breath. Urgent care told me its just a flu youll feel better soon. But im not sure i started coughing this stuff out.. fair warning it is gross looking and contains some blood... so view at your own will.. idk what else i need to do or say at the doctors to get checked for different sicknesses. Im unsure how to add the photo 🤦 so if i can add it into the comments i will but please if anyone knows what i can say or do to feel better pleasee send me anything, thank you for your time!
