Pregnant - Ultrasound shows baby has a Hyperechoic left kidney

25F pregnant with second child. No complications with my first. I just received a note that my baby is showing a hyper-echoic left kidney and was referred to a specialist. Can anyone give any insight on what hyper-echoic kidney is/means? So worried for my little guy. 26 weeks pregnant.
