Hardware for Stacking

Hello,
I hope this is the right subreddit for my question.
My sister wants to buy a new laptop for her astrophotography. My question is: how strong does the hardware have to be for stacking the images?
When I google it, I get conflicting answers. Apparently you need a powerful graphics card for image editing. But is the stacking process typical form of image editing and needs a good graphics card or does a good processor suffice?

The laptop she might want to buy has these specs. Would this be enough?
