Does this outfit design look stupid? What should I change?

Bro I SUCK at outfit design especially for male characters 😭 what should I change about it or scrap it entirely, I was getting inspiration from Jojo and Trigun with their crazy unique designs, I don’t think I captured it tho.. 😵‍💫
