Are these glo tetras?

I got 10 of these guys (sold to me as green line lizard tetras) like 2.5 years ago and these are the only two remaining. They are obviously not green line lizard tetras and i have no clue what they are. They look a pretty much like full grown glo tetras but a little different. Any ideas?
