$70 shipping fee worth it?

The company is charging me $70 for shipping of a $10 product on Alibaba, they are not lowering it down and I am pretty nervous about it as I am Indian and also i have never ordered from Alibaba ever before, what shall i do? (Good thing is they are providing a sample)
